Those kids...I'd love to know where they are in about 15 years.

Telling children that they are sinful and filthy and "I know what you did last week when you said that dirty word"...

Making them despise themselves...it's just child abuse.

and what drives me up a wall even more is that it's all for political purposes. That woman is an evil, EVIL person, one thing to manipulate children for religious reasons, a far more sinister thing to do it just 'cause you hate liberals. There's a very hot place in Hell reserved for her. :grr:

I loathe her.

Did you see it when the little blonde boy said that he had doubts sometimes, and they panned to Becky's face and she was SCOWLING at him?

Becky's an occupational opportunist whose whole self-worth is tied up in being loved by those children. Asking them how they liked her "hair, nails, the rest of me?" SICK.

Saying that she wanted American children to have the same enthusiasm for Christ that Muslim children have for Mohammed, to the point that they carry assault rifles and wear bomb belts. (And near the end of the movie, little Rachael claiming that she wanted to be a martyr, because "that would be SO cool."

SICK.

what truly ironic is that these kids are saying they're saved and all, but it's gotten to the point where these kids need to be "saved" from Fisher and her clan or their lives are in serious trouble. I pray for those kids, they need to be rescued from her.

You do know that Jesus Camp has been canceled for the foreseeable future, because the camp owners, after seeing the movie and after the camp was vandalized, told Becky that her group wasn't welcome there anymore.

Darn.

Yeah, I expect to hear that something bad comes her way. She seemed quite mentally "not right." Did you see how enamoured she looked while watching home movies of the children in her living room? I'm telling ya, something just isn't right about that woman, deep down inside.

OK...charlie and algernon, I've thoroughly enjoyed this conversation about Jesus Camp--but I've got to get some sleep. :D
