Samuel Adams®
Adult Hot Chocolate

This is something that will keep you warm all the way til summer is here!

Ingredients:
2 bottles Samuel Adams® Cream Stout
6 tablespoons brown sugar
4oz semi-sweet chocolate (chips will work)
½ teaspoon chili powder
Raspberries (optional)
Sugar (to rim glasses)

Instructions: In a saucepan, bring beer and brown sugar to a gentle boil, cooking for about 3 minutes. Over a low heat, whisk in chocolate and chili powder. Pour into 4 sugar rimmed glasses and serve warm!

(Note: the chili powder will actually bring out the chocolate/beer flavor without being spicy)
