Another two positions passed me by. The Department of Labor tells me to "...feel free to sue your ex-employer for violation of the FMLA..." Yeah right. With what cash?

Heath insurance still kaput. I haven't applied at Walmart yet, but it's coming. Broke, busted, disgusted.

I can't do as you ask but please believe you have my sympathy and best encouragement I can. I was laid off recently..first time it's ever happened to me so I had a little taste of - if not the reality the fear and apprehension - of what you're going through. I've since found a job. I don't know your career skills or location so I don't want to offer false encouragement but still don't loose confidence in yourself...keep plugging, keep focused on what's really important and be open to different ideas.

I went without insurance for nearly 16 months. (I still won't have it until May 1st, but at least it's coming.)

I got a book recommended by Speedoo. It helped turn my head around in interviews.

I often feel the same way because of my daily pain. I hate being medicated, and I hate having to be medicated, and I hate the pain when I'm not medicated. Life sucks. But so far it's mostly better than the alternative.
