Technically, that is. There has to be 25 years from your first chart hit for you to be eligible.

But, seeing they never really did record on their first album, I don't think it would qualify. Their first album that THEY recorded was released in 1991. That would put their eligibility at 2016.

It only sold 2,000 copies.

So, they probably never will be.
