I want to say something nice about Oil Can Henry's.

I took my van in the other day to get an oil change. Somebody had recommended them based on their customer service.

Anyway, when they removed the plug on the oil pan, it came out rough. The threads were or ended up getting stripped. They tried to retap it, but it wasn't meant to be. So, the van had to be towed to a shop, and get a whole new oil pan.

I know that legally they were responsible anyway, but they were very fast and courteous with giving me a ride home, paying for the the tow truck and the repairs and so on, and I think at a lesser business they would have made some sort of fuss about it.

So I'm passing on the recommendation for Oil Can Henry's.
