  I know this is a strange question but really, do men have that sort of coloring? Reason why is I know hormones play a role in changing many things, including nipple color (shouts out to everyone's who's had a baby) or things like linea negro on the belly.

  I'm not saying flesh-colored nipples are gross. There's nothing wrong with that, unless of course, they're Carrot Top's nipples. Then it makes no difference what color they are. Anyway, just never seen that on a man.
