Springtime I make a ginger wheat, fall I make pumpkin. I like to have a British bitters around and one keg that I keep at cellar temps has a clone of Dogfish Heads 120 which came out at 21% ABV. Not much of a stout drinker myself. My wife likes to have a dark beer around but she drinks so little I usually only do a stout or porter once a year.

Love to homebrew! I have a nice northern brown aging at the moment, and in the prep stages of a standard pale ale as well as a 'cream ale' for summer.

Love all sorts of microbrews and dislike the BMC mega swill (yes I'm a beer snob). Not that i care what other people drink, just don't offer me one.
