1. How could you forget the University of Georgia?!?

Athens kicks the hell out of every college town you mentioned as far as the music scence goes.

I was filling out brackets based on the coolness of the schools' music scenes

Pitt has a pretty good music scene. Not as wild or historical as Athens, or course.

Ohio State (Columbus?) has some pretty good bands, as well.
