To determine the measurements, you measure around your ribcage just under the bust and add 5 to get your band size. Then you measure around the fullest part of your bust, and the difference between that measurement and the band size is your cup size.

1 inch = A
2 inches = B
3 inches = C
4 inches = D
5 inches = DD


So...if you have a band size of 34 and your bust measurement is 37, your bra size is 34D.

:rofl: Left is Write gave you the lowdown. Women think of sizes like 34A, 38C, etc.... However, men think of sizes like Paris Hilton (i.e. 32A, I believe), Dolly Parton, etc. :P It's all about frame of reference for guys. :P

24. You measure around the ribcage, with a measuring tape, directly

beneath the breast. This gives you the number which is usually between 32 and 42.

Then you measure around the chest. You subtract the ribcage number from the chest/breast number to figure the cup size. 1=A 2=B 3=C 4=D

So if the ribcage number is 34 and the chest number is 38 you would subtract 34 from 38 to get 4. 4=D. The bra size is a 34D.
