2. Passed the 1st follow-up appt

Fully functional says the surgeon and no longer under warranty. :bounce: Re-start slowly, says the surgeon. I'm running again, only 2 miles, but I gotta start somewhere.

3. Living proof that tai chi does a body good

Teacher is in his 70's; the 2 guys in the mini-reunion pic, one is in his 40's, the other is in his 50's. :thumbsup:
