Damn you, jeans makers!
Why the hell can't they make jeans for people with big legs!? I am not fat by any means, but I lift weights and have naturally big thighs which means that it is FUCKING impossible to finds jeans in my size that are not skin tight on my legs. I am fucking tired of buying jeans that are four sizes too big just so I can actually walk.

What the fuck!

1. Go for a hulk look.
Purple pants, no shirt, tousled hair, and very pissed off looking.
I think that would work for you.

3. I would but...
... when your legs stretch the material enough your testes suffer. They've got enough to worry about.

2. I'm in the same boat. No fat but thick legs - Pac Sun's jeans fit perfect.

5. I haven't tried there.

I like my jeans kinda baggy with a lot of room at the cuff. Anymore though, it seems like you have two choices in jeans: 1. Boot cut, which means wide at the bottom, skin fucking tight at the thighs. or 2. Baggy, which means the denim equivalent of sweat pants.

It's a lose/lose situation.

4. have you tried old navy?
my husband got some jeans there, his problem is his bubble butt but he found some relaxed fit mid rise jeans that fit him perfect and there was plenty of leg room.

6. Men's jeans have wider leg openings.
It's worth a shot. I have thick thighs and I find my husband's jeans much more comfortable than most women's jeans these days.

7. Try Union Jeans.
Their carpenter style are great for that.

I don't have big legs, but last winter, I ended up needing my knee brace a lot more than I thought I would. I found out pretty fast that wearing it over clothes (other than tights) was a recipe for chafing, but I didn't want to wear skirts all winter. I had a pair of Union Jeans for doing work in the garden, and they fit perfectly OVER the brace.

The brace adds about 6 inches to the circumference of my leg, making my leg and thigh about 2/3rds the circumference of my waist. DH wears the same jeans (different size) whilst on his motorcycle, and he does have heavily muscled thighs, and they fit him great. The only minor complaint we have is that, if we want them in black, we have to dye them ourselves. (Dharma Trading makes dyes perfect for this, though.)

8. It's probably even worse for young women who have even a bit of muscle, rather than being
built like little anorexic sticks. My teenaged daughter is a competitive swimmer with, as can be expected, muscular legs. So many jeans that she tries on are way too tight in the thighs when they fit in the waist/hips.
