I am sick and tired of getting behind someone driving below the (already low) speed limit, weaving all over the place as though you're drunk -- only to pass your ass and see that you're on the phone, completely oblivious to how you're operating your vehicle.

What the hell is wrong with you?

my basic theory is that people who are dumb while talking on their phone were dumb before cell phones, and are just as dumb and dangerous whether on the phone or not.

I mean, hoenstly, if its not the cell phone taking their attention from the road, its something else.
