If you have a local volunteer/cooperative bike shop, check it out. I just took a class run by our local one tonight and OMG :wow: I mean, obviously the fellas will be in good shape, they ride bikes a lot, but uhm, :wow:

Not doing me any good, what with the boyfriend thing and all, but I figured I'd pass that little tip along to anybody who's got their eye out. :D

(On a sorta-kinda-not-really-related note...physical therapists - at least those in my area - tend to be quite attractive! :loveya: However, I wouldn't recommend finding that out the way I did - spraining a ligament in your back = not so much fun, even with the handsome PT.) :shrug:

I've been working with a local one off and on for marathon training, and the male/female ratio is about 10-1.
