2. Probably more so than the mail carrier that delivers my mail.

I live in a mobile home park and there is a central mail box area. My carrier is always putting my mail in someone else's box.

i expect its just big decals pasted onto 'em. even without the decals they are probably hundreds of dollars. maybe scale model ones?

4. Could be an improvement seeing as how

(1) I can identify three specific mail items that were not delivered in a recent two week period;

(2) I get mail everyday Monday through Friday but ***NEVER*** on Saturday (isn't that convenient?); and

(3) My state tax forms and payment sent by certified mail return receipt requested were once delivered to the IRS in another state and region and, yes, the IRS promptly deposited a check that was not even payable to them. The deposit stamp on the back of that check and the green card showing postal error saved me from having to pay a large penalty. Still it was a major hassle to clear up.
