36. You're certainly welcome! And you have no idea how much I'm in the mood for summer!

I'm in Northern NY and the snow was melting and I was hoping for spring. But we're currently having a Nor'easter, with heavy snow coming down sideways, it's very slippery and the wind is blowing snow in my face so I can't see. I have a puppy who refuses to go out in it, has had five accidents in the house, today, another one, just now, a little one who I hate to take out in the snow and wind, and a big dog who came in, covered like a snowman. I wish for summer more than you can know! *sigh*:-( So these songs were very welcome to me, today. Thanks to you, too!:-)

We are having beautiful weather here with spring like temps. The downside to that is it will get too hot too soon.

And I just got a call from my friend who had to drive in this weather to take his cat to the Animal Emergency Clinic, which is some distance away, since the cat is 16 and was in distress, and that's the only veterinary clinic that's open around here at this hour. He wasn't sure that he'd make it. Fortunately, the cat will be just fine, but he had a harrowing trip.:scared:

We were beginning to have nice weather, too, but then this happened... Yesterday, it rained profusely and there were flood warnings. And I'm sorry that you'll soon have to deal with the heat. We have this problem, too, either winter cold or oppressive heat. No one can convince me that Global Warming isn't real... *sigh* :-(

We have a boat here, and are also dreaming of summer. At least we can dream...:hi:

sorry to be Obtuse, but "Summertime" by Janis, or some of the older versions. Not because of the litle, but you can just feel the summer heat in that song, where she sings "fish are jumpin, yeah...the cotton's high, oh so high."

37. They're my brother's favorite group, so I used to go to concerts with him.

I've seen them live in concert numerous times and they put on such a great show! Unfortunately, Dennis and Carl are gone, but I still love their music, too.
