5. That would be tempting as well.

Those two options should be combined.

Clean the whole freakin' house in my underwear to Bob Seger.

11. There is a 6-year-old girl here...
...who, instead of just putting the seat down, would stare at it like a fool and yell "the toilet seat is broken."

I don't need that shit.

15. Eh. Clean the whole freakin' house.
You can get the 6 year old to help. And D would appreciate it when she gets back.

That sounds so...boringly practical. But that would be my choice.

Since that's what *I*'m going to do with my place.

Sorry, guy. Misery does love company. :-)

17. Ok.
Washed the dishes, cleaned the kitchen floor.

Cleaned the bathroom. Cleaned my bedroom.

The living room looks ok.

I pronounce the apartment cleaned.

18. That's exactly what I have LEFT.
I need to wash the dishes, clean the kitchen floor and the bathroom, and pick up our room. I did the other stuff yesterday.

20. I dunno, Terry.
I did the dishes, took out 7(!) lawn and garden-sized trash bags (don't think we're savages, it wasn't all garbage -- lots of paper and broken shit that we hadn't thrown out yet), vacuumed, took care of the dogs and 6-year-old, took care of the new lovebird (awww -- such a sweetheart!), took 4(!) lawn and garden-sized trash bags full of dirty clothes (plus one laundry bag) to the laundromat with said 6-year-old in tow (when children are bored, as at the laundromat, they tend to wear on one's nerves), got drunk Friday and Saturday nights, drove twice-aforementioned 6-year-old all over the Milwaukee area Saturday morning, stripped/laundered/made the bed, put away the laundry, and cleaned the bathroom.

There's still another load of dishes to do, a kitchen floor to clean, and the upstairs needs vacuumed. Maybe it would be alright for dolo to do that on Tuesday, while I'm at work and Ruby's at school.

I'm fuckin' beat.

Hell, that's a lot of work for a weekend.

I'm sure dolo will be appreciative of the cleaning/housework you've done.
