14. My off-the-cuff answer is that it's actually OK to make fun of everyone,

it's just a question of whether they are 'we love ya' jokes or 'we hate ya' jokes. Too many of the stereotype jokes about other ethnic groups are of the hate-inspired and deliberately-causing-hurt variety, while Irish jokes (at least in modern times in most of the world) are expressions of liking...
