Confession: I've never had green beer before.
and I'm a third Irish. :D

Does it taste any different?

Can I make it myself, by just adding green food coloring, or is that just disgusting?

How the hell is it made, otherwise?

Please enlighten me. :D

:hi: Happy St. Patrick's Day, loungers! :toast:

1. neither have I but any Irishman/woman worth his/her salt...
would rather have this
than green beer because it's just crappy light beer with green food coloring. Yep give me a Guinness any day!

Oh and Happy St. Patrick's Day!

7. I was at the bar the other night drinking Guinness...
and the bartender was doing his best to draw a shamrock in my pint. It didn't look as good as the one in the picture but I appreciated his effort :)

9. It looks like the one in the pix was done with some sort of stamp thingie
that's my guess, anyway. Can you imagine having to individually draw each one on St. Patrick's Day? No bartender in their right mind would want to do that! LOL.

3. I just had one,
adding food coloring to it. I don't think I could buy it here anywhere.

And yes, it was my first green beer.

16. I'm a wee bit Irish
I've never had green beer and I don't think I want any. But I thought your post said something about a green BEAR so perhaps I'd better lay off beer entirely today. :eyes:

And Happy St. Paddy's Day! :hi:

17. I'm just glad
that we of German ancestry don't have to put up with stupid colors in our beer (or at least in the beer of people supposedly celebrating our culture)
