I feel totally powerless and depressed.

My former employer deposited my payroll and then reversed it. I have emailed a million people and gotten no response or explanation. I don't know if they are screwing with me or just complete idiots.

They are trying to deny me getting unemployment compensation. This is not a sure thing, but everything is held back until a decision is made, and that means I can't possibly get any money from them for another 10 days.

I had a strong lead on a new job but it hasn't come through yet. They were supposed to let me know, but they haven't yet. Now I am starting to worry about cash flow if my old employer is going to totally screw me over. Even if I get the new job I will have a hard time of it for a couple weeks. And if I don't get it I am going to starve and be evicted. Ain't corporate America wonderful.

who made the mistake called me and now I will get the money Monday or Tuesday. But they don't apologize for it. Instead they're pissed that I'm pissed and sent a ton of emails. Imagine that. They can't imagine why someone gets pissed when their payroll gets reversed on a Friday afternoon, just after they've made a car payment.

God, I hate these rich soulless corporate Assholes.
