Sears is happy to send someone out on Tuesday to look at it. In the meantime it drips and runs constantly, because the freezer drawer does not close all the way.

1. It's a shame they don't just exchange appliances anymore
Or much of anything. Manufacturers should eat the defectives.

I wonder if it got drooped hard in shipping?
Any of the corners buckled on the bottom?

3. I hope they've ordered a replacement fridge for you.
Don't accept a repaired one. If they don't offer to order one, insist on it. You paid for a new fridge..you deserve one in perfect working order..not one damaged and repaired.

Good luck!

5. That's my plan. They can fix this one until the new one comes in.
It was far too expensive to accept a fixed one.

6. You're right....
and if they won't order you a new one return this one, get your money back and get one somewhere else.

If they repair it you only get a 90 day warranty on the repair and the part replaced.
