Word just devoured all the edits made this morning by the (gentle, calm) Ms Uly to her paper, which was due half an hour ago.

I'm not sure what she did, but I suspect that she may have closed the wrong window and told Word not to save changes.
Not that I'm going to tell *her* that in this lifetime.
