5:30 p.m. wedding at a very fancy-schmanzy hotel in Nashville next Saturday.

What do I wear?! High near 72, that day.

John thinks I should wear this dress:

What do you think? And if so, can I get away with black strappy heels, or do I need to go shoe shopping? And if I do, what should I be looking for? Egads. Help!

22. Things are pretty good.

I've been doing a lot of cycling lately. MrShine and I rode 104 miles in the 25th annual Solvang Century last weekend, with 5,000 other cyclists. That was cool. It was a beautiful ride that basically took all day. :D

I'm planning a lot more organized rides this spring, so I'm in full-on training mode these days.

Black strappy heels are good.. it's 5:30, so it's "evening" enough, I guess. Because it's so early, I might look for some kind of deep gold strappy heels, but really it's a minute difference (and nice gold heels that don't look like they belong to an exotic dancer are hard to find.).
