at 11:00 pm every night. He was a homeless man who had set up a tarp tent in back of a cleaners across the street. My former roomies and I think he was schizophrenic. Anyway, every night at 11:00, he would come out of his tent, and start yelling at the top of his lumgs. He never cussed or anything, but he always sounded like a fundie preacher; thus, "The Preacher Man."
