8. The boycott is LAME

Unless you're one of the few who are a Nielsen subscriber, you accomplish nothing by boycotting (except maybe a smug satisfaction).

It's not like ABC "knows" what channel you're watching. And you're not hurting ABC's profits one iota by boycotting.

So why bother? :shrug:

If you want to have real impact, write to their advertisers. But for crissakes don't boycott.

I only watch one ABC show -- "Desperate Housewives."

10. Brothers and Sisters is a great program.

Sally Field, Rachel Griffiths...the whole cast is wonderful.

We've cried at almost every episode. We're suckers that way.

11. The ABC boycott has always made ZERO sense.

Unless you're a Neilsen household, it doesn't matter.
