Stupid song commentary
"Me And You And A Dog Named Boo".

In verse one they're in Georgia.

Verse three, in LA.

But somehow in verse two - they're in Saint Paul?!

Looking at the wheat fields?!

Stealing eggs from a hen?!

Worst trip planning ever.

:wtf:

1. How would you get from Georgia to LA?
Maybe they wanted to see as much of the Mississipi River as possible

2. Well, somehow I'd get to I-40
nowhere near St. Paul, but that's just me.

3. Taking the scenic route
Depends on how they were traveling. I've hitchhiked across the country and my route has always been erratic because it depended on where my rides were headed. If someone was going 700 miles but it dog-legged somewhere, I dog-legged, too. Distance was more important than direction.
