I am jealous of the in-crowd at Bartcop.com because they flaunt their poker get-togethers in Vegas.
Maybe DU could try that, or is no one interested?

umpteen diddley tourneys. If we didn't have to have real jobs we dream about doing it for a living.

3. I play at Empire, and we were playing at Doyles until they shut out

all American play. I love it too. I love watching the televised events. I hate Phil Hellmuth and totally adore Daniel Negreanu...even though he can be a shit to people. :D

However, now my job entails sitting on a desk while I gamble for 11 hours a day 5 days a week. Kind of takes the fun out of poker...I just have no tolerance for it anymore - feels like I am at work! No work on my day off - Rule #1!

I do not play poker at work, but my work has some similarities...I once tried a Foxwoods run on a weekend...When I sat at the table, I was bored silly and thinking that I should not be sitting on my ass on my two precious days off! I did love the game at one time though! I can assure you of that. I do still respect it a lot.
