Poll question: Geico: cavemen ads or gecko ads?

This is, believe it or not, a hot topic in my office right now. I thought I'd get the take of a smarter group of people.

With Peter Graves, Little Richard, etc

The people in the break room don't seem to know it, either. Their debate is cavemen-vs-gecko, so I posted that. Looks like the cavemen are winning.

Personally, I took the fourth option on this poll, and prefer the AFLAC duck. :)

5. mine, too -- loooove the Little Richard, Charo, and Verne Troyer

ones. They just crack me up every time I see them, no matter if it's been a minute or days in between. Charo's "Que Rrrrrromantico!" - damn I wish I could roll my rrrr's like that! ;-)

6. I don't like the gecko ads anymore

They used to have an actor playing the gecko with a "BBC" accent.

Now they've switched it to a more "blue collar" accent, and made the character much more abrasive.

I liked it better when he was urbane and charming.
