In a very odd pattern, of course. I only had enough for my face and arms, so OUCH!

1. Cold strong tea might help.
Are you a lifeguard?

2. no I am a biologist
I spent all day sitting at a boat ramp doing a creel survey, in which we interview anglers and record their catches.

4. Sun? You've seen the sun?
It's been a long time up here. Take a cool bath and think of those in the dark dreary North.

B-)

5. The first day of spring
It was probably "only" 80 degrees. actually quite pleasant but the sun is brutal even now.

8. Alright. Now you're just being mean.
Like when my mother-in-law calls from Florida and complains that "It's just so cold--it was 65 degrees today" when we're up here with sub-zero wind chills.

11. The only good time of year around here though
the few weeks of spring-like weather we get. Spring will last two weeks, then it's right into summer. Too goddamn hot. I know when it's winter, it seems like there is no such thing as too hot but believe me there is (at least when you have to work out in it every damn day).
