my day in san francisco (pic heavy)
today was the last day of our vacation, we spent it on the wharf and riding the cable car. we had dim sum for dinner, something i haven't eaten in years. it's been a great week but i am looking forward to sleeping in my own bed tomorrow night

we got in last night and leave in the morning. next time i come out here it's going to be for four or five days (and by myself)

16. Definitely. Also don't be afraid to check out alternative lodging
Other than the usual Marriotts and Hyatt.

There's a red victorian in the Haight Ashbury area that is really fun to stay at

oh yeah, i was able to have a cigarette while i drank my beer in a bar in portland. i'd forgotten how awesome that is (i know that is something you can appreciate).
