It's WAY too quiet & I don't want to study. Please tell me the name of your pet,
what kind of beast it is, and post a pic if you're in the mood. Intense cuteness required (if you fit the bill, post your own pic or the pic of a loved one) :hi:

Mine (sorry for substandard quality pictures)

Maximouse - seven years old:

And Benny - eight months old:

Hi dear fellow. You need to mention that the cats are not only camera shy but people shy too.

I will study, I MUST study but later, after much coffee. Here's another pic of extreme cuteness:

As you can see, she is developing cateracts, and all the white on her muzzle is old age. She is very sweet. In her younger years, she was voted friendliest pet in town three years running due to her inability to control her enthusiasm upon meeting new people.

82. He's a pound puppy that the vet thinks is 1/2 Shih Tzu and maybe
1/2 Terrier. He is a ball of energy. You can see one of the dog beds up on the couch to the left, the other one out in front was a 'gift' to the dogs to keep them from sleeping in our floor pillows. Ozz used the bed as a jump off point into the pillows where he remained through his naptime. What a nutball!

Edited on Mon Mar-26-07 01:40 PM by Debi
(Including Mr. Debi :P)

Mr. Debi sitting on our sun porch with Memo (black and white dog) Sassy (cat) and Ozzie (white and orange dog)

Memo is Japenese Chin/Lhasa Apso mix (she is overweight AND really pissed off about being shaved), she's eight

Sassy is a stray cat that we feed throughout the year and let sleep on the sun porch on cold nights in the winter (he keeps the mouse population down and we love him for that!)

Ozzie is a Shih Tzu/God knows what but we think it's Terrier mix who is full of energy 24/7 and loves being shaved b/c he runs down to our ponds and gets pondscum all over him and baths don't take as long with short hair!

96. Button - and she is a Persian Kitten
I don't have a picture, but she IS as cute as a button.

Funny you asked this, because I have been worried about her all day. You see, I dropped her off for shots and a grooming this morning. My mate will pick her up after work.

I am the one who had to stuff her in a carrier this morning and cart her off to the vet. She sure didn't like that and scolded me the whole way!

But, Now I understand why my gf asked me to drop Button off this morning, even though it was on her way to work. She wants ME to be the bad guy, and then SHE can pick her up and be the "rescuer" by bringing Button back home!

Hmmm. Very clever.

LOL!

I am not seriously complaining. But I won't fall for THIS again!

110. 'miss Priss"was my nickname for our lovely Siamese lass who died about a month ago
real name Gracie

Thyroid condition took her.

She was such a "Priss" sometimes. Now it's hard to get through the day without her bossing me around and letting me know whether or not I did the job correctly.

112. One of my SO's favorite movie characters is...
Priss from "Gone With the Wind". And that was the name of my dad's late kitty. We often leave out the "r", and she's "Miss Piss" because of her funny bathroom habits.

They're bossy, aren't they! Our two dogs totally obey the cat!

111. Three cats, three fish
Nicki

She has wisdom oozing out of every pore.

Cleo

She's real dumb, but sweet. She loves the way pink goes with black.

Amber

This is the only way you'll see her, if anyone comes to the house she vanishes.

These aren't the actual fish, just representative pics:

Squiggy

Lenny died quite a while ago. He lives in a little tank, and he's friends with:

Shirley

Shirley keeps the tank nice and clean. Squiggy follows her around, but she kind of ignores him. That's how we got the name.

Neville

This is pretty close to his color, but he's more grey. This fish is like a puppy dog, he's always excited to see you, and would follow you around if he could.
