I am trying something in my crockpot that may or may not be a big flop tonight!

I mixed up:

2 T Orange juice
2 T Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 T REAL maple syrup (I did not have any molasses)
3 drops of Chili oil
1 small can of Coconut milk

Put that mixture in a ziplock with boneless skinless chicken tits, and let marinate for 1 hour, then into the crockpot on low for 7 hours. I am planning on throwing some frozen green beans into the crock with about an hour left to go, and serving it over rice.

It does not really impart that coconutty a flavor, it does give a creamy consistancy.
