Two years younger than Thomas "Biff Tannen" F Wilson.
Five years older than same-age-as-him Jennifer Parker #1 and 2 years older than JP #2.

Really, the only age difference that makes ANY sense are his two older siblings Marc McClure and (RIP) Wendy Jo Sperber, and even they're older than both parents.

Of course, that could be because age makeup was needed, rendering two older actors implausible as Marty McFly's parents and Mike Fox looks like an 18 year old, even now.
