I'm sure that withdrawal just plain sucks, and it probably makes you want to do nothing, but would some time outdoors be helpful.

a few years ago, I took Paxil for 8 months or so. When I stopped, these weird lightning-bolt jolts would strike me that just sucked. But it didn't last very long.

I haven't had to deal with withdrawls when I've weaned myself off of them in the past. It could be dangerous to your body if you just quit. Though I did have hightened anxiety while weaning myself of Klonopin recently. It took about a week for that to go away.

13. unfortunately, yes

my insurance stopped covering it...and my pdoc upped my other meds to try and compinsate for going off this one....but its not helping much. I hate insurance, if I had had some warning I would have weened myself off slowly.

I've been there with Seroquel. It gets better, kiddo. I'm sorry.

I'm actually thinking of going back on it, been really down lately, having dark thoughts, our cat died suddenly yesterday, lots of other bad stuff going on. Seeing the doctor tomorrow, so I don't know. Anyway, hang in there. :hug:
