17. UPDATE: the doc is happy

he says everything went exactly the way he wanted it to, and he said words that my sis has been waiting to hear for nearly 11 months:

"the foot is finally anatomically correct"

Feet and hands are so complex, it's extremely difficult to reconstruct them well. It's great to hear the doctor say that the surgery went the way he wanted it to.
