The news is better...

1. The person who was "gone", is in fact GONE! :woohoo: from where I work.
2. The term "leave of absence" is in fact more of one to give this person a chance to salvage some of their reputation and move on; or if they choose not to do that and fight to stay on in the capacity of having privileges, then they will probably lose those privileges and ruin their career.

So GOOD NEWS!
