Throughout my 20s, I exercised regularly. However, my ex-wife was so demanding of my time, that I rarely got a chance to get out to exercise... and, then after I got divorced and went out & had some fun, I met my 2nd wife and also found a new job - unfortunately, the new job was extremely demanding and I couldn't exercise much at all... and, then a little over a year after I got married to my 2nd wife, we had a baby and that kept me from exercising much at all as well as well.
