I have the following question: I work in Texas for a company that's based in California. Drug testing in the California offices is illegal. I've gotten popped twice since I started working for that company in July.
I'm sure there's states rights issues somewhere is there, but how is it legal for a California company to drug test me in Texas? Because I'd love to run it past the ACLU on general principle - I just want to do some recon before I start sending faxes.

probably covers it.
It's why Delaware state law doesn't carry over to every other state that "those" companies are licensed in.
