21. Sorry I started this thread

and disappeared last night. I ran out of time and change for the hotel Internet kiosk. That's when you know you are truly addicted -- you start feeding bills into a computer like it's a slot machine. :P

Anyway, I'm having a great time! We went to the Wild Animal Park today (awesome!) and tonight I'm going to some elegant restaurant in the Gaslamp District. Tomorrow is Sea World and Carbrillo Point. :-) Yes, I'm supposed to be at a convention, but the director is the one who wants to do these things, so who's going to bust me.

The weather is great. A bit chilly but definitely better than Chicago. Nothing like tooling around in a convertible.

The DU gathering was great, well, except for the mariachi music. NSMA introduced me to the RIGHT way to drink margaritas and I'll be forever in her debt. So glad so many people made it and I loved meeting all of you!

Whenever any of you are in Chicago, we'll get together. I'll post pics when I get home. I'm running out to time again, so see y'all on Friday.
