A little frissee salad to follow, some cheese and good Armagnac.

I'm not keen on the horn though, it takes way too long to cook. And there's not that much flavor.

And I know technically anything with one horn is a unicorn, but I hate it when they take a horse and slap a horn on its head and call it a unicorn...it's supposed to be a deer's body and a lion's mane and tail and a goat's head. There is NO HORSE involved!!!
