Am I a Bad Person?

I have to admit, I've been kind of enjoying watching the Republicans suffer after being being called a traitor, etc. for not blindly following the party after 2003, etc. and generally being treated horribly for 2 years. I actually used to be one of them, but I am glad that someone's finally doing something. I'd imagine those who've been here since 2001 feel even more vindication, if that's possible.

And that came from family who were aghast that I was still a Democrat after 9/11. You guys are my family now.

Anyone who accuses you of being a bad individual solely because you hold progressive values or are a card carrying Democrat is an ass hat.

After two stolen elections and a Republican majority that snubbed their noses at any kind of oversight, these past couple months have been like a new dawn. I don't have any pity for them. They've made their bed -- I only hope that it's not too late to undue the historic mess that they have left.
