This is my kind of Friday!

1. Get in at 8:00 this morning
2. Take a 2.5 hour lunch starting at 11:00.
3. Go to profit sharing meeting at 2:00.
4. Get profit sharing check.
5. At the bar by 4:00 :beer::beer::beer:

Too bad it's back to reality on Monday. But, for one day a year, it's good to be a drone at the company I work for.

Jen's freaking right now because she just found out that Jerry's (the guy w/ the car) ex-wife just moved into the tweaker house that Kelly used to live in, and she has a young, already neglected daughter. Jen is crying because everyone in the house slams dope and there are dirty needles everywhere. She's already called the cops - they told her there's nothing she can do unless she wants to do a controlled buy for them - but then she'd have to leave the area. She's kinda hell bent on doing that right now - I need to talk to her and calm her down and back her up a bit ... but she's on the phone right now.

Yeah, try to talk "big picture" with Jen. I love that her first instinct is what it is though. She's such a good person.

Things like ... you know ... their KIDS, are unimportant. The bitch treated her daughter like garbage BEFORE she started doing meth, so I'm sure things have gone from bad to worse at this point.
