but my right one does it frequently for days on end. Then it just stops for a long time in between episodes. I think it's stress related but not sure.

2. fatigue, stress, allergies |
|
these are things that seem to have done that to me
it will pass and it isn't going to be something that limits you. for one thing, it seems much more of a deal to you than it would to anyone else as they don't notice it, but you do.

4. well the twitch itself is caused by a spasm in the muscle that controls the eyelid |
|
however what it causing that is anybody's guess so I would say if you are really concerned about it see a doctor...it could be something as benign as stress

9. Eat a couple of bananas |
|
They contain potassium which is essential for proper nervous system function. Eating a banana usually does the trick. If it's persistant, try taking a potassium supplement or a multivitamin which contains potassium.

10. Isn't that the first symptom you get when you catch "The Gay"? |
|
Just kidding.
I get twitchy eyelids when I am stressed out to the max.
