I do like Kidney beans with rice though. I think. I can't remember right now. I buy them dried so they aren't coated in all that corn syrup or whatever.

The darker the skin on the bean the higher the level of antioxidants.

If I remember correctly, the only food w/more antioxidants than the black bean is wild blueberries.
