If a corporate chain closes a ton of its stores, will they haggle?
They say "15% off video cards" but I would buy it for 50% off.

Would they agree at 30%?

1. corporate might, if you bought in bulk.
but regular cashiers and managers would probably not haggle.

It is a $500 card, whose price is now almost mail order comparable... they'd be more inclined to mail it back to their HQ anyway...

I think Circuit City may be closing a bunch of stores right now...

All you can do is try, the worst they can say is no, and maybe they will say yes.

I can tell you this though, I recently called them up to see about their prices on new Mac laptops they were getting rid of and they were not willing to haggle on the price at all.
