weird: I think Food Network is making me lose weight

I LOVE Food Network--I especially love Paula's Home Cooking so I can just...take in the insane amount of delicious and heart-stopping food that I wish I could eat.
Since I've begun 3 months ago in a quest to lose weight for graduation, I've noticed that the more Food Network I watch, the more food seems to satisfy me in reality. I get no additional cravings when I watch, I just...absorb it visually, I guess. And it seems to work for me.

Anyone else have this happen to them?

1. Yes but for different reasons

We in my family are HUGE fans of Alton and Emeril. We found that the "watch and experiment" experience led us toward much healthier eating habits which, in turn, led to more healthy bodies.

I know over the course of first 6 months after we discovered Alton I went from weighing normally around 205-210 to 195-200 (the latter is a much more comfortable weight for me - I notice a HUGE difference in just that 10lb range for some reason).

So, yes, the food channel has helped me both loose weight and develop more healthy eating habits. YEA FOOD NETWORK!
