Poll question: So... if you had one TV show to save from being canceled this season...
Edited on Sun Apr-01-07 12:18 PM by Blue Belle
Which would it be?

If you want to be an active participant in saving your favorite show... go here: http://www.eonline.com/gossip/kristin/detail/index.jsp?uuid=52af6b98-eb72-45a0-b27b-7798e6bf906f

PS... I'd be interested to know what show you'd like to see axed instead of your favorite... whether it's on the verge of cancellation or not.

2. I'd sacrifice every single one of those shows (and a dozen others) for Arrested Development
Of course it wouldn't really be much of a sacrifice as I've never actually seen any of those shows.

26. If you like AD then I recommend Veronica Mars be your vote
Both shows creators are mutual fans. They have each given shoutouts to the other show.

As for what I would sacrifice to save VM, the rest of the CW lineup. Especially that damn Pussycat dolls show. Does a group with 8 members really need another member? And they show that show 20 times a week. VM is (was) lucky to get the one showing a week. Why can't networks get behind quality programming instead of the lowest common denominator bullshit they constantly shove down our throats.

I really don't want to know that a lot of people aren't as smart as 5th graders.

29. Yeah, I've had friends recommend VM before
Kristen Bell is enough to get me on board for sure.

I'll have to start downloading the episodes.

4. 30 Rock. No contest.
Three years ago, I'd have said Gilmore Girls. But that show squandered its rich characters this season and deserves to end.

5. I have to agree... sadly.
Christopher and Loreli? Really? What were the writers thinking? Though I love that show, it hasn't been the same since the original creators left.

13. I really like the revamped Jordan, it;s a good solid show...
And Medium is aptly named, medium ib the bunch kind of show...

Gilmore Girls use to be special, but now....

How I met your mother is one of the worst of the new crop of sitcoms... (Doesn't anyone take acting seriously anymore...)_

Veronica Mars is fun, but not aimed at my demo so I haven't kept up with it...

30 Rock, well Tracy is a dufous and should never have been allowed on the set of that show... Without him, it would really click, I believe...

15. Deadwood on HBO.
The best show ever for my money. Rome also needs to be mentioned. Could you imagine what they would do with the Caligula years? A terrible tragedy for those two shows to be lost.

18. I was going to put Rome on the list...
but it has been officially canceld - although they oficially canceld Arrested Development and it came back so who knows? Maybe we should start a letter writing campaign to HBO.

or just watching young girls whore themselves on national TV for the chance to really "BE" sombody - case in point, "The Bachelor".
