I caved in.
When George's dad asked him who chopped down the cherry tree, George, axe in hand said, "Bill Clinton". I give up. Clinton invented sex and everything bad can be blamed on him. Why can't these Freeps understand that he is not the president anymore? Keeeeeerrrrrrrrryyyyyyyssssssstttttttttt!

3. It's very handy to have a scapegoat when you are a facist.
Otherwise you would get the blame for your actions. It's better to blame someone else in the vicinity no matter how uninvolved they were.
