Could I ask for some positive vibes for my family today?

My sister in law has been given 2-3 months to live as the ovarian cancer she thought she licked a few years ago came back with a vegance (sp)and is now in her bones, stomach, and brain. Her husband has to now also go in for surgery for a bowel obstruction. My wife is freaking because she has taken to Mothering her older sister in her last days and now is trying to also help her brother in law also.

So any postive vibes will help!
