This is a very different layout than any other apartment I've ever lived...the kitchen is in the opposite corner to the living and bedroom. It's also its own room, not an open spaced plan...I guess I could turn on the oven and go sleep on the floor there...;-)

I guess I'll have to dig out some nightclothes, or an extra comforter. The building has been very warm and toasty this winter.

They'll be getting a call tomorrow, that's for sure.

I'm not making excuses for her, but it wasn't really needed again until tonight. It is Alberta, though, and snow in May isn't unusual.

The owner of the building lives here, too, so she is also feeling the cold. I'll just have to talk to her tomorrow. :-)
