Edited on Mon Apr-16-07 10:23 AM by jasonc
For the first time in a long time, I had a very healthy breakfast, consisting of:

8 grain, organic cereal

Blueberries

and Soy Milk.

YAY ME!

edit: it was very good.

4. I always eat
Two eggs and either three strips of bacon or canadian bacon (all uncured without nitrites) for breakfast. I try to stay away from carbs as much as possible. A good breakfast of high protien gets your body warmed up and in fuel burn mode.

Cereal and Silk vanilla soy milk is a weakness of mine....I could live on the stuff. Especially the Peace Maple Pecan cereal....

Blueberries are very good for you!

11. I had brussels sprouts and potatoes
I'm usually not that weird at breakfast, but heck, why not? I was craving Brussel sprouts and I got 'em. Had the same for dinner!

12. I don't eat breakfast.
It ALWAYS makes me hungry within a couple of hours, no matter what I eat, and every time I've tried the breakfast route I gain weight. I skip it and eat lunch at around 1:00. Healthy lunch. I envy you your breakfast!
